Description
The 2019 Bay Area Senior Games needs volunteers to assist us in several sports. Please help us spread the word to your friends, neighbors, colleagues and teammates. Volunteer and also bring a friend! We encourage high school students that need community service hours to volunteer and we will sign off for your hours. It is a lot of fun and no experience necessary to help out. We especially need these Volunteers in the following sports dates & Locations included: * Swimming Timers (no experience necessary) Sunday, May 19 th, 8:30a-1:30p @Rinconada Pool, 777 Embarcadero Road, Palo Alto (need 20 people) * Basketball Clock Managers Sunday, May 5th, 9am-1:30p @Cubberley Community Center, 4000 Middlefield Rd. Palo Alto (fun and easy! need 4-6 people) * Volleyball Scorekeepers Saturday, May 11th , 9am-2pm @ Cubberley Community Center 4000 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto (main gym) (need 4-6 people) * Soccer Scoring assistance, Desk help ( need 2 people) Sat. June 8th & Sun June 9th, 8:45 am-12p & 12p-5p Greer Park-1098 Amarillo Road Palo Alto We will provide volunteers with shirt, snacks, drinks and inspiration.
