| Hillview Spring Volleyball is a new after-school program intended to help players practice and improve their volleyball skills during the spring trimester at Hillview. The program is open to all Hillview students regardless of previous volleyball experience. Participants will gym for volleyball drills and scrimmage. The team limit will be 24, but a maximum of 12 players will attend matches. Beginning practices will also serve as a tryout for coaches to evaluate. If players find out following tryouts they may not play in a lot of matches they will have option of being practice player or drop and receive refund. It all depends on how many interested players register. It's possible we may be able to field two teams, a varsity team and a jr. varsity team. We’ll make sure all players on team will be to participate in at least one match. Practices T: 5.30-7.00 Th: 2.30-4.00 Occasional Friday practices possible. Matches M-Th, possibly Fridays; No weekend matches. League begins week of April 18 and ends toward end of May. Cost: $185.00 Program Details:
I UNDERSTAND that in registering, my son/daughter/legal charge for these activities, I certify that there is no medical reason why he/she should be limited or prevented from participating in these activities. If there are any medical conditions that should be considered, I understand that it is my responsibility to contact Harry Bell (athleticdirector@hillviewpto.org) and notify him of these conditions. It is the PTO's objective to ensure that financial hardship not prevent anyone from participating in the After School activities.
