Description | Dear JLYSSL Coaches , All JLYSSL coaches are invited to join the NorCal Player Development Program (PDP) training at Hornet Field. (The cost is FREE) The Training Theme will include Psycho-Motor Skills and Coordination Abilities. Players will learn to master these fundamental skills. Benjamin Ziemer and Paolo Bonomo, Director, Nor-Cal Player Development Program will share the experiences learned from AFC Fiorentina with all coaches. (read more about the ACF Fiorentina and Norcal Premier Partnership: Viola/ Norcal Project at http://www.norcalpremier.com/content/view/591/138/ ) Training times are 4:30-6:30 (Girls '98/'99) and 6:30-8:00 (Boys '98/'99). (The invited players are the best players in Region 3 & 4 for those born in '98 and '99. These players were recommended by NorCal club coaches and/or club coaching directors ) Visiting Coaches are requested to be there by around 4:15 pm. Because player development is the primary focus of this program, we strongly ENCOURAGE ALL JLYSSL COACHES to take advantage of this opportunity to participate in these training sessions. Each visiting JLYSSL coach will receive a hand-out! Coaches we never stop learning! Not only will these sessions be highly insightful, but they will also provide an invaluable exchange of training knowledge that will ultimately benefit our NorCal/JLYSSL players. Bay Oaks SC is the host club for this month's NorCal PDP training event and has opened this opportunity up to all JLYSSL coaches including our Jr Coaches and U6-U8 coaches.
