Great Game today!
I hope everyone had fun today; it was a great day for a game. We saw some really good passing and consistent pressure going after the puck. Keep it up! A couple of notes:
- Stay hydrated. Have a water bottle at each practice and game. Make sure you get something to drink before, during, and after the game.
- While in the skating area with skates on, be sure to keep your helmet on also.
- Mouth piece needs to be in while skating.
- Chin straps are required on all helmets.
- Padded shorts (Girdle's) are helpful that will pad the rear-end, tail bone, and upper thighs. Cups are strongly recommended as well. Goalie - required.
- Band-aids work well if you see blisters starting to develop on the player's feet.

- Skills clinic Saturday, 3/19 at 9:00 AM
- Practice Saturday, 3/19 at 10:00 AM
- Game Wednesday, 3/23 at 6:00 PM against Miller's team
