League Summary:
The Johnson & Jolley Alameda Orthodontics Fireballs pulled off another close win against the visiting Golden Bears. Nick Greigo continued his MVP like season with 10 points scored, one three-pointer, four rebounds and three steals. Max Schmitz with four baskets, two of which were three pointers and Jake Hugger led all scorers with 12 points and the best screen of the game allowing Nick Greigo a wide open 16 foot jump shot! Jamann Lockett contributed four rebounds, three assists and two steals. Derek Jensen and Matthew Landis each pulled down key rebounds on the defensive side of the ball. Another close game played by the Golden Bears. The best shot of the 1st half was made by Conner Dempsey making a 2-point fade away shot after being covered by 3 defenders. Amado Lozano and Austin Man continued to put up points for the team and also passed the ball well to other members during the game. Although the Golden Bears came up short, they continued to show steady improvement in every game they played this season.
