Date: Sunday, October 30th Location: Chabot College 25555 Hesperian Blvd. Hayward Track Events (Rolling Schedule, race times are approximations) 9:00a 5K 9:30a 50m 9:45a 800m 10:00a 100m 10:20a 1500m (Race Walk) 10:35a 400m 10:45a 1500m 11:05a 200m 11:20a 1500m (Powerwalk) 11:30a 4X100 Relays Field Events (Start times for all Events are projections) 7:45a Implement Inspection opens 9:00a Hammer (Men followed by Women) 9:00a Shot Put (Women followed by Men) 9:00a Long Jump - Open Pit 9:00 – 11:00 .......(8:30 – 9:00 warmups) 9:30a High Jump followed by the Pole Vault (Men/Women Combined) 11:00a Discus (Men followed by Women) 11:00a Javelin (Women followed by Men) 11:30a Triple Jump – Open Pit 11:30 – 1:30 .......(11:00 – 11:30 warmups) TIME SCHEDULE MAY BE CHANGED, SUBJECT TO NUMBER OF ENTRIES. COMPETITORS WILL RECEIVE FINAL TIME SCHEDULE AFTER ENTRIES CLOSE. 5 event maximum per athlete Deadline to register October 14th 5:00 pm Athlete Fee: $70.00 Event Fee: $7.00 per event (unless noted) There are no refunds given except for injury (within 7 days of event) This T&F event is a qualifier for the 2023 National Senior Games in Pittsburgh. COVID 19-Information- All participants must bring proof of Covid vaccination or a negative COVID test no later than 72 hours prior to the meet. Bring your own water bottle & snacks.
