Please enter your name, birth date, social security number, etc. Further down on the form please be sure to include your player's name and your team name. Under-11 or older team team officials: You are required to be fingerprinted. Please go to our website, abscsoccer.com, within the next 48 hours and choose FINGERPRINTING in the VOLUNTEER pull-down menu for instructions. Please take care of the Cal North registration within 48 hours and contact me if you are in need of any assistance or if you are unable to take care of the fingerprinting within the next 5 business days.
