Description Xtreme Xplosion's Summer Conditioning Camp is geared to get you in the best shape ever, just before you enter your fall sport. It is a high intensity program that entails multiple drills to develop quickness, speed, and endurance. Here, the group will be outdoors at all times, participating in field and hill workouts. Our goal is to teach the athlete to learn how to deal with the elements and continue to keep focus on the task at hand. Once you leave this program, you will have conquered the ability to think when you are tired while continuing to perform at your best, and you will be in phenomenal shape mentally and physically.
