St. Matthew - Brady Notes:
This game was hard fought with spirited effort from both St. Matthew teams. The final score does not reflect how close this game was. St Matthew- Brady was led in scoring by Scott Tezza who dropped in 12 points. Jake Lavender also had a strong showing by scoring 8 points. Five of St. Matt's players scored at least one basket and all seven played tough, stingy defense. Charlie Gantt grabbed many important rebounds, while Conor Brady, Christian Chapman, Drew Tomich and Hunter Wicker played tough defense and hustled at both ends of the court. Most importantly, The Magnificent Seven played like a team and had a lot of fun. Next up: St. Ann at 1:15 on Saturday the 10th at The British American School.
