Strong pitching, aggressive base-running and key hits proved once again to be the winning formula for the Astros as they beat the Dodgers by a score of 6-2. The Dodgers scored one run in the first inning,and another run in the sixth inning.They loaded the bases with two outs in the sixth inning, but pitcher ErikP for the Astros ended their rally by striking out the last batter in a well-played, tightly faught game. MattD pitched three strong innings for the Dodgers, and AntoineF, DannyP and ErikP limited the Dodgers to two runs. ChristianH, ShamusB and GabeG scored for the Astros. |
