| Team Summaries | Angels Notes: After a long rain delay, a change in venue and many hard hours of work, the Padres and Angels took to the field. The Padres jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first inning working the hit and run with both Devon B and Matt L. The Padres added another run in the 3rd on back to back doubles by Matt L. and Jordan N. The Angels bats finally awoke in the bottom of the 4th with singles from Daniel Y and Zander Y. followed by a long double by Kevin S. and a sacrifice fly by Noah N plated the tying run. After the Padres took the lead back the Angels went ahead for good in the bottom of the 5th on the 3rd hit of the day by Daniel Y. After Daniel Y. pitched a perfect 6th inning Ted S. pitched a perfect 7th for his 2nd save of the year. Both teams played great defense as this was truly a wonderful little league game.
