Game Summary | The Yankees came back again from two runs behind with a seven-run inning of their own in the top of the fourth on their way to a win over the Indians. Travis Pillon, Matt Balich, Cam Corwin, Truman Purnell and Gabe Soper all hit safely in the inning. Daniel Cowan stroked a single and a deep sacrifice fly in the fourth. Ted Shryock, Purnell and Powell Fansler each pitched two strong innings for the Bronx Bombers. Brian Farb was the offensive MVP for the Indians going 3-for-3. Harry Stanwyck picked up three walks and played excellent defense at shortstop. |
