Game Summary | The Yankee offense came alive with thirteen hits over four innings to power the Yanks to a win over the Pale Hose. Eric S (3-for-3); Matt B (2-for-3, three RBIs); Ted S (2-for-3, two runs scored); and Anthony C (2-for-3) led the Yankee hit parade. Catcher Anthony C made the defensive play of the game by throwing out a White Sox runner attempting to steal third base. Cam C laid down a perfect tag in front of third to shut down the potential White Sox rally. Powell F pitched his first shutout allowing only five hits and one walk. Louis P and Eric R shared the pitching duties for the White Sox. |
