| Game Summary | BULLS 10 Diamondbacks 9 On a hot Sunday afternoon at OAB #2, the BULLS squeaked out a victory over the Diamondbacks, 10-9. The BULLS pitching was fairly effective. Khalif M. & Ben D-L. combined for 13 strikeouts. The D’Backs used a combination of singles & walks to score their runs. The BULLS hitting improved from the previous day. Jason V. had a walk, a single, & a double & scored 3 times. Ben D-L. was on base 3 times. The BULLS led 10-4 after 4 innings, but had to hold off a 2 late rallies by the D’Backs in the last 2 innings. The last out was recorded when the potential tying D’Back runner was thrown out at 2nd base. |
