| Team Summaries | Issaquah Notes: Skyline 4-4-4-3- 15 Issaquah 4-1-1-5- 11 Issaquah squandered 20+ faceoff wins from Cale Gunter and a hot shooting night for KJ Lewis (6 goals), falling flat in the 2nd and 3rd quarters that proved too much to overcome. Issaquah took an early lead, but could not stop Skyline's transition in the opening quarter. Game was tied 5-5 early in the 2nd quarter before Skyline took a 7-5 lead near half. A pivotal moment in late in the half as Issaquah got a big stop and seemed would keep the deficit at two, but an ill advised pass handed Skyline a goal with under 10 seconds to play. The goal proved deflating for Issaquah as the Spartans rode the momentum to pull away in the 3rd quarter. The lead stretched to 13-6 early in the 4th before Issaquah caught a spark. Issaquah scored 5 in short window to pull to 14-11 with a flicker of hope to pull closer, but too many pipes and turnovers... Spartans finished with an empty netter for the final tally.
