Giants Notes:
With Nate joining Lucas on the DL (both with fractured fingers) and something called 'football' conflicting with the baseball season, the Giants came into today's matchup against the Mets a bit shorthanded. The 8 Giants in uniform jumped to an early 9-1 lead. Dylan started a rally with his first hit of the season, with Christian, Ellis, Miles and Jonny adding to the offensive charge with hits. Ellis' bat shook Chabot when he smacked an inside the park home run. But it wouldn't be enough for the Giants. Miles, Henry and Ellis showed a lot of guts trying to hold off the Mets from the mound. But it just wasn't the Giants day today. On to the next one.
