| Team Summaries | Issaquah Notes: Skyline 0-1-3-2- 6 Issaquah 1-4-1-2- 8 Several alumni from both sides turned out for a spirited match-up between these two district foes. Getting the better of the faceoffs, Skyline owned more time of possession playing a patient, fundamental game on offense but they couldn't crack Issaqauh's Jordan Snoey in net. On the flip side, Issaquah struggled to find a consistent rhythm offensively but made the most of chances in the 2nd quarter that ultimately proved to be a big difference. Down four at half, Skyline made a run in the third and early 4th to close to a one goal game. Issaquah responded with big goals from Luke Read and man-up tally from TJ Victory to push the lead back to 3. The victory snapped a three game losing streak to Skyline as Issaquah hadn't registered a win against their plateau rivals since 2016. Skyline Notes: |
