| Team Summaries | Mets Notes: After a heartbreaking 1-run loss the the night before, Kevin C., Ricky N., and, Charlies S. combined to give the Mets 7 innings of 3 run ball as the Mets toppled the Mariners 11-3 to preserve the weekend split. Still stinging from missed opportunities the night before, the Mets came out swinging mad and they broke through with a 7-run outburst in the 4th inning led by 2RBI double from Luke G. and an RBI single from Elliot G. The Mets also received sparkling defense at 2nd base from Nathaniel W. and Mitchel M. Mitchel completed a beautiful 6-4-3 double play in the 5th to stem a Mariner rally and Nathaniel’s ranging scoop of bases loaded shot to the right side in the 6th kept stopped another Mariner late inning rally.
