Diamondbacks  Notes:
It was a close Sunday morning game between two of the top teams in the Soll division. The D-Backs came back from a 3 - 0 deficit to tie the game in the 3rd and then came back from being down 5 - 3 to take a 7 - 5 lead in the 4th. In the end, fine Dodger pitching shut down the D-Backs. Hopefully, we'll get another shot at them in the playoffs!

The D-Backs generated 8 hits against very good Dodger pitching. Jake lead the way with 3 hits, Daniel had 2 hits and Noah, Malcolm and Adam each had one hit. Daniel recorded 3RBI’s, Malcolm 2, Adam and Jack one.

The D-Backs “J” pitching combo of Jake and Jack both pitched well. Jake recorded 2 strikeouts in 2 innings of work and Jack recorded 4 strikeouts in three innings of work and threw a runner out stealing 2nd while catching in the 5th .

The D-Backs are closing in on a first round bye in the playoffs providing we prevail over the Sounds this coming Saturday morning. It should be a great game.
