Diamondbacks  Notes:
It was a tough one run loss to the Stars after securing two outs in the bottom of the 6th with a lead. The game was close throughout and was fun to watch and coach. The game could have gone either way and ended the D-Backs eight-game winning streak that started April 12. The D-Backs bats cooled off after the 3rd inning and scored only one in final three innings of play.

Highlights on offense are Daniel’s homerun shot over the center field fence for an RBI. Other players with an RBI were Jake, Adam, Mac and Jack. Jake went 2 for 4 with a double and Daniel went 2 for 2 at the plate.

Defensively there were limited plays as this was a pitching duel. Noah and Daniel each fielded several grounders and made strong throws to first base for outs. Noah caught an infield pop up and Jake threw out a runner at first on an attempted bunt.

Pitching, Jake recorded 4 strikeouts in 3 innings and Jack recorded 6 strikeouts in 3 innings allowing 2 runs.
