| Game Summary |
The Raniers’ first outing on Sunday afternoon showed great promise and ability. Our infielders led by Kyle Savnik at first base made excellent put outs. In the outfield Kevin Rosario and Henry Howard did some spectacular fielding work. Our pitchers, Zachary Kalkanis, Steven Bell and Matthew Berkowitz-Lopez showed real grit. Raniers hitting was impressive in the face of daunting pitchers. Kyle Savnik blasted a home run into deep center field in the bottom of the 6th. We had a triple by Zachary Kalkanis, doubles by Vincent Briffa, Erik Everett and Steven Bell.
