| Game Summary |
The Canadians out scored the Scorpions 10-5 in the quarter-finals of the AA playoffs. The Scorpions only trailed by one run through five innings until the Canadians were able to post four runs in the top of the sixth. Danny Eager was on fire defensively for the Scorpions. Eager, Daniel Maccarone, Nathan Mamuyac, Connor Smith and Netz Miller provided the offensive punch to keep the Scorpions in the contest. Alex Bretow provided the timely hits and three innings of relief pitching to almost single-handily control the game for the Canadians. Eli Johnson also provided two hits for four RBIs for the Canadians. |
