| Game Summary | The Red Wings jumped out to a 9-0 lead after two full innings. The Lookouts came back with 6 runs in the top of the third, and left the bases loaded. The Red Wings continued to add runs (2 in the third, 2 in the fourth). The Lookouts fought back to within 13-9 going into the top of the sixth, and were able to get one across and bring the tying run to the plate. The Red Wings pitcher (??) prevented any chance of extending the game by striking out the final two Lookouts hitters. For the Lookouts, Sergio Klor De Alva came in to pitch innings 3 to 5, and allowed the Lookouts to get back into the game by holding the Red Wings to 3 runs, getting 4 strike outs, issuing no walks. Eric Collin was 2-3 with the bat, scoring a run and having 2 RBIs. Dominic Gould made an outstanding catch in short right field to prevent any runs from scoring in the fifth inning. |
