| Game Summary | The Royals broke out of a 2 game funk and defeated the Giants by the score of 9-3. The Royals were lead by the strong pitching of Michael G. (3-1) who struck out 11 and carried a shutout into the 6th inning before tiring and allowing a couple of runs. The Royals bats came alive led by Tyre M., Luke W., Mark B., Ryan B., Michael G. and Kyle J. who each had two hits. The defense was led by Michael Go. who turned in a couple of clutch fielding gems at second base. For the Giants Christian H. bashed a deep drive off the center field fence for a double and Brendan C. had two hits. Andrew H. and Brendan C. pitched for the Giants, who turned in some stellar outfield defense. |
