Game Summary The Orioles won a nail-biter against the Brewers in the bottom of the sixth inning. The Brewers got an early lead, ahead 7 – 1 through the third inning, behind the strong hitting of Clayton Dobbs (double, two RBIs) and Tommy Hodul (two singles). The Orioles surged back, tying the game in the fifth inning. Big hits by Scott Masler (two singles), Lawrence Davis (a single, double, and triple; 3 RBIs), and Noah Stein (single and a double) led the way. The Brewers went ahead in the sixth – and the pressure was on the Orioles. Scott Bradsby came through with a huge double to center field, allowing two runs to score and winning the game for the Orioles.

In total, Orioles pitchers allowed only four hits. Lawrence Davis struck out five batters in three innings. Noah Stein struck out three, and Willy Elman closed out the game, striking out two.
