Rays Notes:
Thunder with great starting pitching for the Rays; a tip of the cap to Jedi for a Grand Slam. Lunchpail throws 2 strong to close.

In the middle, the Rays posted crooked numbers in 4 of 6 innings to keep constant pressure on. Big hits by Batman (GR2b), Creek (2 rally starters) and Marshmallow (2 run scoring outs). Especially nice defense by Gav (8-6 putout) and Poofball (multiple putouts in RF).

Coaches' favorite squence:
Leading off the 2nd inning, Creek beats out an infield single and steals second; Poofball makes a productive out to the right side to move him to third and finally Marshmallow scores the run on a simple sacrifice. Small ball at its finest!
