| Team Summaries | Nationals Notes: Zack N went 2-3, helping the Nationals to a 6-1 victory over the Cardinals on Saturday at Chabot. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the third inning. Dylan M shut down the Cardinals while he was on the hill. The Cardinals managed just one hit off of the the Nationals' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three during his 2 1/3 innings of work. Zack recorded the win for the Nationals. He allowed one run over 3 2/3 innings. He struck out six, walked three and surrendered two hits. The Cardinals managed to score one run in the first inning on an RBI single by Jaramillo. The Nationals went up for good in the first, scoring two runs on an error and a groundout by Paul H. The Nationals tacked on another two runs in the third. Zack started the inning with a double, bringing home Hugh V. That was followed up by Paul's single, scoring Zack. The Nationals pushed across one run in both the fourth inning and the fifth. In the fourth, the Nationals scored on an RBI double by Henry D, plating Sam W.
