Muckdogs Notes:
A big weekend for the Muckdogs and, due to a unprecedented conflict of schedules, none of the regular coaches were there. First weekend stealing home, first 2 game weekend, and first early game. A very big THANK YOU to all the parents who stepped up to help.

The gates were locked and warm-up time was shortened for the early Saturday start. Alex S took the mound for the first time and yielded 5 runs and the Rays managed to shut down the Dogs for the first 2 innings. Santos P came in to settle things down pitching real strong for innings 2 and 3. The Muckdogs were slow to get their bats going but started to gain some ground behind key hits from Hank E. The Rays again rallied strong and managed to take this one.
