Rockhounds Notes:
Really early game today considering it was Daylight Savings! It was tough getting out of bed but luckily the Rockhounds woke up by game time. After giving up 5 in the first and trailing, the 'Hounds' kept chipping away and then started adding to their lead. Solid pitching by EJ, Max, Matthew, Liam & Johnny helped hold the strong Crawfords in check. Great hits at crucial moments by Max, Aidan, EJ and Jack kept the momentum going. The game ended with Johnny, on the mound for the first time, striking out the last batter and then getting mobbed by his teammates. Great day, great game!
