Lookouts Notes:
Just once, once!, I'd like a game that doesn't came down to the last pitch. Is that too much to ask?

The Lookouts and Cats Who Live in a River executed an almost flawless game tonight. The Homeless Cats are obviously well coached and can hold their heads high after this game.

The Creepy Eyes have never looked better on defense. Unbeleivable acrabatic plays from Almond, Halle Berry, and Papa Grande really helped out our tremendous pitching from Gramps, Country Boy and K-Cohen. The Lookouts did just enough on offense getting key contrabutions from Nascar (more to come here), Snake, Urkle and Yahoo.

Scoring three in the top of the 6th wasn't easy, but with Nascar leading the way, patiently taking his walk and stealing bases as needed the Pair of Eyes were able to squeak out a win before we needed flashlights to find our cars.

The game ball could have gone to a number of Lookouts today. But Nascar decided enough was enough and showed the rest of the Lookouts how it's done. He woke up the team with his patient eye at the plate, and his blazing speed on the bases and got the Lookouts going. Great game Nascar.
