Team Summaries	Eastside JV Notes: What a fine game! Both teams adjusted their schedules to play a game that was not supposed to be played until April 28. The Roughriders opened the game with poise and confidence, pounding out an early 2-0 lead. The Ravens stayed in the game, scratching back to end the first half down 2 to 1. The scoring opened up a bit in the second half. With the game ending in a 5 - 5 deadlock. What an exciting finish as Grant Beyer ripped a shot with just a few seconds left, only to be saved by a stellar Riders save. The Ravens earned a man up situation in the overtime, and settled in to a smooth rotation of the ball around the perimeter. Game ball winner Kyle Atakturk had an open look and took it, powering the ball into the net from medium range. Game over. The Rider's JV played at a very high skill level. This game looked much more like a varsity game, with an emphasis on passing and finesse. We look forward to the rematch in May. Roughriders JV Notes: Thanks Eastside. Great game by the young Riders with a tie in regular time, only to drop one in overtime. Good performances at all positions in a clean game with goals by Devereax, Lyons, Chryst, Grose and Sjoberg on assists by Tang and Covey. Jesse Jacques looked great in goal, while rumor has it, Matt Lyons took on the whole Eastside team at one point! Groundball honors to Evan Ruff.
