| Team Summaries | Roughriders Notes: In words of coach, 'a truly remarkable game'. It was too bad someone had to lose this four overtime thriller. Both teams' defenses were terrific. After a scoreless first, Garfield jumped ahead in the second. The Riders tied it up in the third on a goal by Alex Lee. The scoreless fourth led to overtime, where the Riders seem to be in their comfort zone. The game appeared to end on a Peter Bruckner goal, but timeout had been called. Derek Mills wrapped it up 30 seconds later. We wish Drew Snider a speedy recovery from injury. Garfield Notes: |
