| Team Summaries | Pelicans Notes: The Pels put an end to their midseason doldrums, although they didn't have quite enough to overcome the suddenly powerful DBacks. MikeK pitched 6 great innings, AlanB and BrandenS contributed a pair of hits each, but the big blow for the Pels was a shot off the bat of IanM. Ian's HR (a solo shot), set the stage for an exciting finish - The DBacks scored 3 in the top of the 7th and held off a furious rally by the Pels in the bottom. Diamondbacks Notes: |
