| Team Summaries | Paw Sox Notes: Jordan R once again pitched a materful 4 innings, striking out 6 and giving up 3 runs to the always strong hitting Mets. The surprise comes when Michael 'the Rookie' T, who hasn't pitched in over two years pitches 3 gutsy innings giving up 3 runs. The PAWSOX had their best fielding game of the year: Timmy R at short, Brian M behind the plate, Jordan B at first were flawless. The fielding play of the game came from Sam S at third who shorthopped a rocket, tags the bag, and rifles the ball to first to just get the batter. The hitting play of the game came from the hot bat of John B who hit a two out two strike triple to the base of the left-centerfield wall. Brian M had 3 hits. The Pawsox were fired up by the near Home Run of Danny D - probably the longest ball hit by a PAWSOX this year. Mets Notes: |
