Reds Notes:
The Reds collected 13 hits on their way to a 16-9 victory over the Padres. Bobbie T. pitched 5 solid innings as the Reds started quickly and were up 9-2 after 2 innings. The Padres never gave up and racked up 16 hits on their way to collecting 9 runs. Dusty P. was the Padre man hitting a triple and a double to back up the 3 hit effort of Zander C. and the scrappy Paul E. The Reds offense was solid from top to bottom and led by Craig H. who had a season high 4 hit game! Ben Z and Bobby S. each collected 2 hits and the Reds were able to respond to each Padre threat as they improved their record to 7-2.
