| Team Summaries | Astros Notes: The Big Dog was on his game, as he threw a complete game 82 pitch masterpiece, in which he allowed only 4 hits and walked no one. He also contributed the game winning RBI, sending Spencer racing home from 3rd on a high chopper in the bottom of the 6th to break up a 2-2 tie. Next up, Big T, battled for a great long while, fouling off 7 pitches, before delivering a single and driving in an important insurance run to close out the scoring. Yonnas made a great catch in left before the the 7th closed. A great well played game that lasted less than 2 hours, and was kicked off with an appearance by Ricky H. (as in HENDERSON!!!), who came by to see the yards that he crafted his game on...a big thrill for both teams! Padres Notes: |
