| Game Summary | Roberson Water Consulting Lightening Hornets came out of the gate with a great team effort for their first win. Rebounding and defense were stellar. Sophia Comer led the team with 10 rebounds and Ashley Whitaker had 9 points. Rachel Wellman had 4 points and 5 steals! Fiona Miller had 7 rebounds and 1 point. Christina Pirrota had 6 points, 5 rebounds and 6 steals! It was another tough battle. The Hoop Stars had a nice last quarter comeback but unfortunately it was a bit late. Allana Norman was top scorer with 6 points. Congratulations to April McCarver and Beatrice Levy for their poise and sportsmanship throughout the game; they never give up and they have the will of a true champion. |
