| Game Summary | The Sounds jumped to a 2 run lead in the first inning when their first 4 batters hit 3 singles. Rivercat pitcher Gavin D settled down to limit them to 1 more run in each of the next two innings. The Rivercats surged into the lead in the 2nd behind aggressive base running by Alex R, Adrien S, Orion B, and Aidan O. The Sound came back with 5 of their own in the 5th and 1 in the top of the 6th to tie the game at 10-10 with offense supplied by Patrick G, Adam M, and Tommy M, and Krister E (3 for 3, 3 RBI's). In the 7th, Alex R struck out 2 of the 3 Sounds he faced and a triple by R'cat Amos S and a run scoring walk off single by Sasha B provided a dramatic ending. |
