| Game Summary | The Devil Rays tamed the Muckdogs 14-7 behind the pitching of Johnny F and the best offensive effort of the season by the Rays. F allowed only one run over 4-1/3 innings, while the Rays pounded out 11 hits, including two hits each by Fournier, Zane J (two long doubles), Nicky D, and Eli W. The Rays also played tight defense, highlighted by a diving catch by Jake K behind 1st base. The Muckdogs mounted a ferocious comeback in the bottom of the sixth inning, scoring 5 runs with hits by Graham B, Lucas F, Elan S, and Jack P. Rays pitcher, Nicky D, came in to squelch the rally and secure the victory. | ||
