| Game Summary | The Muckdogs and Diamondbacks played to a 10-10 tie in a tense well played game. The highlight of the game, and maybe the season, was Nkosi D's grand slam. Down 2-0, the D'backs opened their half of the 1st inning with 3 consecutive walks. With the bases loaded, Nkosi deposited an 0-2 pitch deep over both fences and beyond the parking lot in centerfield. The prolific display of power left the crowd stunned and in awe for several minutes. The Muckdogs battled back to regain a 8-5 lead in the 3rd only to see the D'back's roar back to take a 10-9 lead heading into the 6th when the Muckdogs tied it on a Cyrus S single. For the Muckdogs, Graham B continued his hot hitting with 2 doubles, a triple and 3 RBI's and Gavin L struck out 6 in 2 2/3 innings of work to end the game. The D'back's were also led by multiple hit performances by Colston M and Patrick H. | ||
