| Game Summary | Sounds slay Dragons 16-10, giving notice they're here for the second half of the season. Leading the Sounds' attack were Jeremy S, Bryce S and Adam M with three hits each, totaling 8 RBI's. The Dragons were led by Rebecca S with 1-RBI and 4 stolen bases, Nick D and Evan W scoring two runs each, and Tommy R's defense in right field. The Dragons' big bats couldn't deliver, in part due to the Sounds giving up 18 walks. The Dragons left the bases loaded in three innings, shutdown each time by the Sounds' pitchers on a strikeout and two sharply hit grounders to the mound for outs. |
