The Royals returned to their winning ways on Saturday defeating the Red Sox 13-4. Once again it was defense and strong pitching leading the way. For the Royals SamS pitched 4 strong innings to gain his 4th victory of the year. SamS struck out 7 and walked one. JeremyB pitched two strong inning of relief striking out 4 and walking none. ChrisK had two hits and JeremyB each had two hits. ChrisK and TyreM had two runs batted in. For the Red Sox KennanW had a ringing double to drive in a run. NickK made an outstanding play at second base.
