| Game Summary | In a very well-played game by both teams, the River Cats held on to defeat the Monarchs, 7-6 on Saturday morning at Golden Gate Field. The Monarchs left the bases loaded in the top of the 6th to end the game. Chris pitched 3 scoreless innings for the River Cats, and Nick held the River Cats to two runs in 3 innings of work for the Monarchs. The offensive stars for the River Cats were Julian, with two singles, and Kyle, with a triple and two runs scored.
