| Team Summaries | Reds Notes: The Reds tried to play the role of spoiler as they took on the Mets. The Red legs kept the tradition of 13 year old day by playing all their 13 year olds the entire game. After spotting the Mets a 4 run lead before coming to bat, the Reds closed the lead to 5-4 after 6 innings, but couldn't catch the Mets. 14 year olds Keith H. and Kenny P. collected big hits and the young brothers were led by Tim M., Kieran C., Robert D, and Bobbie T. Smooth fielding Jon C. turned two double plays from the SS spot and Z once again looked strong on the mound. The Mets received a strong outing from rightees Milt W. and J.D.P.
