Reds Notes:
In the final regular season game the Reds and the Mariners put on quite a show for the NOLL Saturday night game of the week. The Reds offense was jump started by some key hits from Craig T. and Tim M. Ben Z. and Kevin R. continued to mash the ball and Keith H. knocked in a couple runs to provide a spark. Andrew C. pitched well and collected a couple hits to help his cause. In the end it was the Reds getting thrown out on the basepaths by an excellent Mariner defense and some poor coaching decisions, as well as the Reds defense playing a bit below the high standard they have set for themselves this year. The playoffs are on the horizon and the Reds will look forward to their upcoming game on Wed. June 5th.
