St. Matthew - Ziolo Notes:
The seventh game of the season saw St. Matthew’s take on an unbeaten St. Patrick’s team in an exciting matchup near the end of the regular season. St. Matt’s came ready to play in what proved to be a very physical battle on both ends of the floor. Matt G. was superb excuting his defensive assignments which curtailed their offense. Carson S. once again delivered his patented nothing but net shot while putting up a strong defense. Mike G. showed how the 45 degree angle to the hoop makes for an exciting basket. Chris Z. provided some nice assists while making the free throws at the end. Brady S. grabbed the rebounds while hitting the baseline points. Matt C. kept the offensive boards busy and was determined in the paint. Chris E. was in the middle of the action grabbing the boards and closing the paint. Jimmy W. was terrific on numerous lay-ups in the transition game.
