| Team Summaries | Highland Hawks Notes: This was an exciting game that started out slow. Mesa struck first with a goal by #34, Oder. Highland came back with a goal by #34, Glaza and another goal by #7, Obermayer to finish the 1st quarter up by 1. Mesa tied the score in the 2nd quarter with a goal by #21 Lesueur taking the team into half time even. The 3rd quarter started with 2 quick goals by Mesa's #11, Lesueur and #23 Allen. After a time out by Highland, the Hawks answered the challenge with goals by #3, Henslee off and assist by #5, Staheli and a 2nd goal by #34, Glaza. Mesa's #25, McAferty scored in the 3rd quarter with an assist by #23, Allen. The 4th quarter was all Highland and reinforced their reputation as a 4th quarter team. Hawks #5, Staheli scored off an assist from #44, Martinez and Hawks team captain, Glaza scored the winning goal. The hawks held the lead until the horn. Great game on both sides.
